Every single plank of our wood is over 200 years old, and sourced from abandoned houses and defunct mills. Our wood originally comes from the long leaf yellow heart pine tree. Which, today is considered economically extinct due to overharvesting. Making our product significantly more elusive. Our wood comes in a variety of grades for any style you desire for your home, business, or project.

Like most small businesses in America, DBS Heart pine was born from a vision, lots of hardwork, and a little bit of luck.
Having started in the business of installing and finishing hardwood in South Carolina. Chad Duncan saw an opportunity to sell one of a kind, antique pieces of southern history into the homes of people across the country
